Important Information for Young Members attending camp.
Arriving to Camp
Please follow 'Warwickshire Scouts' temporary road signage. This will ensure you arrive safely, as planned in conjunction with the relevant authorities. Do not use Sat Nav directions as they will lead you to site against the flow of traffic; the site will be operating a one way system so coming from the wrong direction means you will be sent back around to join the back of the queue. Please note that using the Fosse may also bring you in to site in the wrong direction.
Follow signs for the Drop & Go car park. Park here and take your young person to the Leamington District meeting point where you will be met by a leader from our group. Once you have signed them in, return to your car and leave site via the signposted exit.
Please watch the below short video on how to enter the safely by following the traffic plan organised by the camp organisers:
The directions below show the correct way to reach Bramcote Barracks.
Arrival and Departure Times
Each District is given their arrival and departure times to attempt to prevent thousands of young members arriving at the same time. Please note down the times for our allocated arrival and departure times:
Arrival Time: 18:30 - 19:30.
Departure Time: 15:30 - 16:30.
Day visitors will be allowed onsite from 08:00 - 20:00. Please arrive by 8:45 to ensure you are onsite in time for the first activity. Please ensure to ring Harry on arrival to ensure a leader is present at Gate A to sign you in and show you to the campsite.
Activity Zones and Activities
There are 6 activity zones: Active, Air, Earth, Fire, Space and Water. Each one will feature activities for Beavers to Explorers to enjoy, experience and delight. Some activities will suit some age ranges of children more than others. Some activities may have a specific age restriction. Here are the activities that have been announced so far!
